Business administration, marketing or sales? If you are interested in all three, this degree programme at ewimed offers the perfect combination.

During your degree programme, you will alternate between university and practical placements at ewimed every three months. During your practical placements at ewimed, you can apply what you have learned in day-to-day operations and strategic tasks. You will contribute to a wide range of projects and take ownership of projects yourself. You will gain experience across many areas of the company and build solid professional knowledge while developing your management, language, methodological and interpersonal skills.
At university, you will study business administration, including finance, statistics and business management.
You will also study a broad range of specialist modules, including dialogue marketing, media sales management and customer experience management.

The programme combines cultural and social sciences with creative, design and language-related subjects.

At ewimed, exciting tasks await you, such as managing social media channels, shooting and editing videos, creating landing pages, and maintaining the website.

What you need:

  • Strong German and English skills
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Initiative, team spirit and curiosity

Do you enjoy looking beyond your own area and keeping the big picture in view? Would you like to take on responsibility and work internationally? Then this programme at ewimed could be right for you.

During your degree programme, you will alternate between university and practical placements at ewimed every three months. During your practical placements at ewimed, you will apply what you have learned to project-based tasks. After graduating with a Bachelor of Arts, you will be qualified for roles in middle and senior management.
The degree programme covers international topics, some of which are taught in foreign languages. Alongside internationally focused lectures, you will study mathematics and statistics, finance and accounting, materials and production management, marketing, information technology and project management, human resources, economics, law and management consulting.
At ewimed, you will rotate through different departments, build in-depth specialist knowledge and continuously develop your management, language, methodological and interpersonal skills.
A stay abroad is an integral part of your studies.

What you need:

  • A general or subject-specific university entrance qualification, or a university of applied sciences entrance qualification together with a passed aptitude test for the cooperative university.
  • A strong interest in business and management
  • Good English skills and knowledge of another foreign language
  • Strong German and mathematics skills

Do you love computers and enjoy solving complex problems? Then you could be a great fit for us.

As an IT specialist for system integration, you will plan and configure IT systems. You will learn how to analyse and solve application and system problems, create system documentation, design data models, and integrate hardware and software components into existing systems. At ewimed, you will gain insight into the whole company by rotating through departments including financial accounting, human resources, materials management, sales and marketing.
At vocational school, your main subjects will include applied physics, electrical systems, English, mathematics, accounting and controlling, economics and social studies.

What you need:

  • Strong mathematics and English skills
  • A strong interest in computer science and programming
  • Analytical and logical thinking, strong communication skills, initiative and a service-oriented approach
  • At least a good Realschulabschluss, Fachhochschulreife or Abitur, or an equivalent qualification

Internship:

If you would like to learn more about the IT Specialist for System Integration apprenticeship, you can complete an internship with us beforehand. This will give you an insight into the IT department and the typical tasks of an IT specialist.

Do you enjoy working with numbers, communicating and meeting people? Then this apprenticeship could be right for you.

You will be actively involved in day-to-day work from the outset. You will support business processes throughout the company, from order processing to customer service, and learn how teams communicate, negotiate and work together.

As an industrial clerk, you will work in the areas of procurement and logistics, human resources, marketing and sales, for example. You will use modern IT systems as part of your daily work. Alongside in-depth professional knowledge, you will develop transferable skills in working methods,

planning and organisation. You will also develop your service-oriented approach and communication skills. Taking responsibility for smaller projects will make your apprenticeship interesting and varied.

What you need:

  • At least a good Realschulabschluss, Fachhochschulreife or Abitur, or an equivalent qualification
  • Strong mathematics, German and English skills

A true office all-rounder – keeping everything running.

Office management professionals play a central role in keeping an organisation running smoothly. You will use your versatility and flexibility while gaining a thorough understanding of how the company is organised.
At ewimed, you can develop experience in secretarial and assistant roles as well as administrative work. Your core tasks will include preparing documents and spreadsheets, writing emails, scheduling appointments and organising a range of workflows. You will gain experience in areas such as logistics, internal sales and order processing, purchasing, finance and accounting, marketing and sales.
At vocational school, you will develop professional skills in areas such as business administration and word processing. In consultation with your trainer, you will choose an elective specialisation that reflects both the company’s needs and your interests.

What you need:

  • Realschulabschluss, Fachhochschulreife or Abitur, or an equivalent qualification
  • Good grades in mathematics, German and English
  • Organisational skills, team spirit and enjoyment of independent work
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and confidence in spoken and written communication

Problem-solver, creative thinker, inventor – what can you expect? An exciting cooperative degree programme in mechanical engineering, specialising in plastics technology. Your work at ewimed will contribute to improving patients’ quality of life.

If the combination of research, development and practical application appeals to you, this mechanical engineering programme could be the perfect fit.
From the very beginning, you will be involved in the development of innovative projects at ewimed and you will be actively involved in the support of
existing products and the development of new products. You will initially complete smaller projects under supervision and later manage them independently. As a mechanical engineer (m/f/d) with a degree in plastics technology, you have detailed knowledge of plastics processing methods, tools, components and materials and are very familiar with their interactions. You plan, design, calculate and test innovative products and develop handling solutions.
At university, you will gain a solid scientific foundation in design and manufacturing technology, materials science, computer science, mathematics, engineering mechanics, physics and thermodynamics. Your knowledge is supplemented by specific modules in plastics technology as well as the basics of business administration and project management.

Programme duration: 2-3 years (warehouse specialist 2 years, warehouse logistics specialist 3 years)

Education partner: Theodor-Heuss-Schule in Reutlingen

Start date: 1 September

Our goal is to provide our patients with optimal care at all times. To achieve this, our warehouse specialists carefully plan and organise every process in the warehouse. Your tasks include receiving and checking goods, picking, stowing and packing them.
You will organise unloading, sort the goods and store them correctly in their designated locations. You will ensure that goods are stored under optimal conditions and monitor factors such as temperature.
You will check stock levels regularly and carry out inventories.
We would be delighted to welcome you to the team and teach you everything you need to know about a modern warehouse.

What you need:

  • A Realschulabschluss or a good Hauptschulabschluss, or an equivalent qualification, by the start of the apprenticeship
  • A solution-oriented, reliable and accurate approach
  • An interest in logistics processes
