founded
Our Managing Director, Egon Wiest, founded ewimed in 1991 and has been developing and distributing medical technology for more than 30 years. Our ewimed care concept and product portfolio make us unique. Further exciting projects and developments are planned for the future.

We are steadily expanding and are now represented at 11 locations across Europe: Germany, Sweden, Switzerland, Austria, Hungary, Denmark, Norway, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, and Romania. This makes us one of Europe’s leading suppliers of drainage systems for treating pleural effusions and ascites. Our headquarters, warehouse, and in-house development department are located in Medical Valley Hechingen.

The “Malteser Herzenswunsch-Krankenwagen” (Malteser Heart’s Desire Ambulance) fulfills the heart’s desires of needy and sick people. With our donation we want to support this commitment!
Clowns on duty
Clowns im Dienst e.V. visit the youngest patients as well as older patients and give them a great performance to make them laugh. With our donation we help to put a smile on the patients’ faces.
NABU
Nabu is committed to nature in many ways with the goal of a livable earth and the preservation of biodiversity. Issues such as the environment and sustainability also play an important role for us, which is why we support Nabu with a donation.
Doctors without borders
Doctors without Borders provides emergency medical aid worldwide in crisis and war zones and after natural disasters. We support the organization as part of our fundraising campaign.
Maja Antoniusson
Maja Antoniusson competes with her sled dogs as a dog sled driver in competitions or even world championships. We wish Maja continued success and are very happy to support her.
